Hey there, I'm Shubham Gavali, a frontend engineer based in Bengaluru, India. I currently work at Groww, and before that I spent a year and a half building e-commerce experiences at Bewakoof.com.
I've been writing code professionally for 5+ years, and what keeps me hooked is turning complex problems into simple, elegant solutions that people actually enjoy using.
I specialize in building dependable, scalable, and delightful web interfaces. Whether it's crafting intuitive user experiences or setting up the infrastructure that keeps them running smoothly, I take care of it end to end. From component libraries to CI pipelines, if it's part of the frontend, it's in my toolkit.
My day-to-day stack is React, Next.js and TypeScript, but I like stepping outside it. Recently that has meant a Rust CLI for monitoring processes, a Swift menu-bar app for macOS, and a hand-tracking drawing app in the browser. Building small tools is how I learn.
